Warm greetings from the Organizing Committee of the 1st TU–HUTECH Joint International Research Network (IRN) Forum 2026.

On behalf of Tongmyong University (TU), Republic of Korea, and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH), Vietnam, we are pleased to invite you to participate in the 1st TU–HUTECH Joint International Research Network (IRN) Forum 2026, to be held on November 24–25, 2026, at Tongmyong University in Busan, Republic of Korea, under the theme:

“Sustainable Green Growth for Resilient Uncertainty Era”

The Forum is an international academic platform designed to strengthen research collaboration, global university networks, academic excellence, and strategic partnerships. It will bring together university leaders, researchers, scholars, higher education professionals, and representatives of partner institutions to exchange knowledge, share good practices, and explore opportunities for sustainable international collaboration.

Participants are warmly invited to engage in the Forum through research presentations, academic parallel sessions, panel discussions, institutional networking, partnership activities, publication workshops, QS-related knowledge exchange, and cultural and community engagement activities. These activities reflect the programme outlined for the Forum.

The Forum will also provide opportunities for participants and institutions to:

- Establish and expand international academic and research networks;

- Explore opportunities for joint research and international publications;

- Develop potential institutional partnerships and academic cooperation;

- Connect with university leaders, scholars, researchers, and international partners from different countries.

We are also pleased to welcome Mr. Jeroen Prinsen, Executive Director for APAC at QS Quacquarelli Symonds, as the keynote speaker of the Forum.
