110年7月5日 參加由菲律賓姊妹校Bicol University 主辦，本校協辦之研討會The International WebCon on Technology Research, Innovation, and Commercialization in Entrepreneurship (TRICE) 2021，邀請到本校佘志民老師以“Technology Commercialization and Innovation Landscape in the Emerging Economies”為主題發表並和與其他四位專家線上討論、回答問題，國際長吳行浩則以“Trifocal Alliance of Industry-Academe-Government Partnership: The Asian Experience”為題擔任講者，就產官學聯盟推動的台灣經驗來分享，由金融科技及無人載具創新實驗等近年通過的法案分析，帶出創造創業友善法律環境的重要性，並以產學大聯盟計畫進行案例分享。
