國科會與日本國立研究開發法人科學技術振興機構(JST)共同徵求2026年度臺日(NSTC-JST)雙邊協議國際合作研究計畫，自2025年5月1日開放受理申請。

  • 本項臺日(NSTC-JST)雙邊合作研究計畫須由臺灣及JST雙方計畫主持人共同研議並提出計畫申請。
  • 合作領域：
      • Innovative electronics devices and systems to enable advanced AI applications 
      • Innovative power devices for AI systems or AI-driven power device innovation
      • Innovative optical devices for AI systems or AI-driven optical devices innovation
      • Innovative AI devices and systems for climate science
  • 本公告計畫之執行期程自2026年4月1日至2029年3月31日止，為期3年，雙方共同研究計畫之執行期間須相同。
  • 申請人應於2025年7月22日前(已預留行政作業時間)至線上系統提出申請，並主動通知本處承辦人許小姐(#8861)，以利造冊函送該會，逾期不予受理。
