Confirmation of Enrollment Form: Must reply your intention for enrollment by filling it out and email it to tifa910910@nuk.edu.tw before (Wed.) Aug. 6, 2025.

• 如未依規定時間內辦理網路報到者，視同放棄入學，將不會收到本校核發之錄取通知書。
• We will mail you the original document of “Admission Letter (with NUK’s approval stamp)” by the registered post once you confirm your intent with us“I plan to attend NUK.”The Admission Letter won’t be sent out if you confirm that “I don’t plan to attend NUK.”
