2026外國學生春季入學簡章Prospectus for International Students (2026 Spring Admission)

*注意Note:

1.請下載「外籍生-空白個人資料表」--填寫線上申請google表單時須上傳本表；填寫申請系所欄位，請參照簡章第4~6頁系名完整填寫。

Download  Basic Information Form--Upload it in the google sheet for application.  To fill the column of Program, please refer to the program name on P.4~6 of the Prospectus.

2.請下載及填寫簽名「外國學生身份資格確認書2026」--填寫入學申請的google表單時須上傳 

Download and sign the "Declaration for Int'l Applicants Undertaking Studies in Taiwan 2026" --Upload it in the google sheet for application

3.本梯次非屬1+4國際專修部申請階段，請勿送件。Do not accept applications for 1+4 IFP during this period.

4.系所申請特殊規定Special requirements from departments (See P.4~8 of the prospectus)：

-東亞語文學系(學士班)：各語言組別僅接受非該母語者申請/ Dept. of East Asian Language and Literature: The 3 bachelor programs only accept the application of non-native speakers.

-英語系國家申請人得免附英文檢定成績/  For applicants from English-speaking countries, English language certificate is not required.

-申請非全中文或非全英文授課學系部別，須同時繳交中檢及英檢成績證明(須符合學系指定級別分數)

In addition to the Chinese language certificate, the English language certificate is also required by the non-fully Chinese instructed or non-fully English instructed programs (must comply with the designated level and grades of the department).

其他提醒事項/Other Remarks:

1.申請期間內建議同學盡可能每天查收電子郵件，如通知退件後, 未於規定時間內補件，恕不受理申請。

Please check your email every day after submitting the application. Without a reply with required application material from the applicant who has been notified of incomplete application within the specified time, the application will not be accepted.

2.申請本校學士班, 如中文能力未達TOCFL A2或HSK Level 4，可參考本校「1+4國際專修部(IFP)」，進修中文1學期~1年後取得TOCFL A2即可直接進入大學部就讀，該入學方案提供8個學士班申請(包含建築、生命科學、應用物理、電機工程、土木與環境工程、資訊管理、運動健康與休閒)，2026國際專修部春季班於10/27~11/16開放申請，(請參閱「2026國際專修部簡章」公告)。

For those who wish to pursue a bachelor degree without having Chinese language proficiency TOCFL A2/ HSK Level 4, we advise them to apply for another admission program called "1+4 International Foundation Program (IFP)" providing a 1-year Chinese Mandarin learning program and 4-year department courses. He/she can be admitted to the Department he/she enrolls once he/she passes TOCFL A2 during the first year. IFP offers 8 bachelor programs to choose from including Kinesiology, Health, and Leisure Studies, Architecture, Information Management, Architecture, Life Science, Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Chemical and Materials Engineering. The online application for 1+4 IFP 2026 spring term admission opens during Oct. 27~Nov. 16.
