Note 1. Please reply to us with our Confirmation Form of Intention to enroll. Please fill it out, and email the scanned or photographed form to dia@nuk.edu.tw, ifpnuk@gmail.com by the deadline specified in this announcement. Failure to submit it before the deadline will be regarded as voluntarily giving up our offer of admission.

For those who decide to enroll at NUK, they must reply to us two additional information in the email:

a. Address with ZIP code and Receiver to receive the Letter of Acceptance from NUK;

b. Whether to apply for the on-campus Student Dormitory or not.

Note 2. Those who are admitted by more than two departments/groups, must decide which to enroll by replying to us the intention confirmation form.
