Attention please!! For those who want to return to your home country during the summer vacation, in order to let the department know your itinerary and let you understand your responsibilities and obligations, please fill out this cut-off letter before leaving Taiwan. Please put your signiture on the letter and stamped by your department, and then return it to the International Office, either in paper or PDF file.
