3. Dept. of Information Management offers Master Scholarships (Living allowance NTD 60,000) and Assistantships to recruit foreign students with good English language ability.

4.NUK X ASE Group International Industry Master's Program of Intelligent Semiconductor Packaging and Testing Technology: To recruit Philippines students only. Study period- 2 years. Internship is required (salary provided). Offer master scholarships NT$200,000. Must work for ASE for 2 years after obtaining the graduation certificate of this program
