為提昇本校學士班境外新生華語文程度，加強其聽、 說、讀、寫之能力，以利其學習與生活之適應，特訂定本辦法。

The regulation aims to strengthen overseas undergraduate students’ Mandarin Chinese proficiency, in order to support them to optimize their learning experiences in Taiwan. This regulation is not applicable to overseas students enrolled in English-taught programs.
