【重要公告】112學年度第2學期繳費單於2024/2/1開始列印(列印繳費單:http://webap.nuk.edu.tw/PaidQuery/Main/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fPaidQuery%2findex.aspx

1. 請務必於2024/2/19前完成繳費。

2. 請需要更新居留證的同學注意:

繳費完畢後可到教務處(行政大樓北棟2)的機器印出在學證明,在線上更新居留證。(更新居留證:https://coa.immigration.gov.tw/coa-frontend/student/entry

3. 如果有需要辦理學雜費分期付款的同學,請依照下列步驟申請:

(1) 填妥分期申請繳交學雜費申請書(申請書列印:https://dia.nuk.edu.tw/p/405-1034-67421,c4155.php?Lang=zh-tw )。注意:分期付款第一期至少要繳交新台幣1萬元,其中包含全民健保及學生團保。

(2) 按照順序自行完成蓋章程序:

(順序:系所、國際處、教務處、主計室、總務處、秘書室)

(3) 最後繳交回國際處才算完成分期申請程序,期限為2024/2/17,逾期不收。

上學期已經申請過分期的同學,
A.
請在2024/2/17以前交上學期成績單及繳費單給我。

B. 請跟我拿上學期申請書,填寫這學期分期金額。

請在2024/2/19以前繳費。

如果無法如期完成以上三項,不接受申請分期。

1. Please complete the payment before 2024/2/19.

2. For students who need to renew their ARC, please note:

After paying the fee, you can go to the machine in the Academic Affairs Office (2nd Floor, North Building, Administration Building) to print out the certificate of enrollment and update the ARC online. (Renewal ARC: https://coa.immigration.gov.tw/coa-frontend/student/entry )

3. If there are students who need to pay tuition and fees in installments, please follow the steps below to apply:

(1) Complete National University of Kaohsiung

Tuition Fee/Credit Fee Installment Payment Application Form (print application form: https://dia.nuk.edu.tw/p/405-1034-67422,c4155.php?Lang=zh-tw). Note: The first installment payment must be paid at least NTD10,000, which includes National Health Insurance and Student Group Insurance.

(2) Complete the stamping procedure by yourself in order:

(Order: Department Office, OIA, Academic Affairs Office, Accounting Office, General Affairs Office, Secretary Office).

(3) The installment application process will not be completed until it is finally handed back to OIA, THE DEADLINE OF HANDING IT BACK TO OIA IS 2024/2/17, and we won’t receive any application afterward.

If you have completed your installment in the first semester, you just need to

1. Submit your transcript of last semester and your payment sheet of 112-2 to me before 2024/2/17.

2. Take your application form of installment with me and fill in instalment amount for this semester.

3. Pay the first payment before 2024/2/19.
Please follow these 3 steps to complete your application for installment in the second semester.
If you cannot complete the above 3 steps as scheduled, your application for installment will not be accepted.
