H.Language Proficiency Certificate in Chinese and/or English. (Required Language level depends on the departments or relevant regulations of NUK)　中文與／或英文語言能力證書（語言能力標準依系所及本校相關規定)
I.Declaration for International Applicants Undertaking Studies in Taiwan (NUK) 外國學生身份資格確認書(Print and Sign, Upload the scanned PDF 列印後填寫，再掃描上傳)
J. Language Proficiency Certificate語言能力證書：申請大學部，需達華語檢定A2(含)以上 (To apply for a bachelor program, TOCFL level A2 is required)；申請碩士班，除西洋語文系須繳交文件為英文檢定TOEFL IBT 61 或 IELTS 6.5，其他系主要為中文授課，需提供華檢A2 (To apply for the master program of Dept. of Western Language and Literature, TOEFL IBT 61 or IELTS 6.5 is required. Other master programs are mainly Chinese-taught, so TOCFL A2 is required.)。
