Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Malaysia is thrilled to invite you to join our Magallanes World Study Tour (MWST) 3.0: Discover Urban Nature – Step Into a Sustainable Future, a virtual study tour that allows you to travel around the world for 5 weeks (5 Nov 2024 - 4 December 2024) with no cost! 🌱🌍

The MWST was inspired by Ferdinand Magellan, the first person in history to travel around the world. This year, we are organizing the MWST 3.0 with the theme "Discover Urban Nature: Step into a Sustainable Future." The concept of green and sustainable cities has gained increasing importance over the years, aiming to reduce their environmental footprint, while enhancing the quality of life. 

Through virtually traveling around the world, the MWST 3.0 aims to raise awareness about sustainable development practices of cities and their importance among the participants, as well as foster collaboration towards creating greener and sustainable cities.

A total of 8 stations will be hosted by 8 universities around the world as listed as follows:
