錄取生須於期限2026.6.25前簽名並回覆附件至tifa910910@nuk.edu.tw：NUK入學意願確認書中英版

未依規定時間內辦理網路報到者，視同放棄錄取資格。獲二系/組以上錄取者，須於入學意願確認書中選定一欲就讀之系/組填入。

備註：錄取生如入學申請同時有繳交本校入學獎學金申請表，將另行通知審查結果。

The admitted students must Download & Reply to dia@nuk.edu.tw BEFORE June 25, 2026: Confirmation form for intention of enrollment

Failure to submit it before the deadline will be regarded as voluntarily giving up our offer of admission. Those who are admitted by more than two departments/groups, must decide which to enroll by replying us the intention confirmation form.

Remarks: The scholarship result will be sent by email respectively if the accepted students applied for NUK's admission scholarships before the admission application deadline.
