錄取生須於期限2025.12.25前簽名並回覆附件至tifa910910@nuk.edu.tw：NUK入學意願確認書中英版

未依規定時間內辦理網路報到者，視同放棄錄取資格。獲二系/組以上錄取者，須於入學意願確認書中選定一欲就讀之系/組填入。

備註：錄取生如入學申請同時有繳交本校獎學金申請表，將另行通知審查結果。

Failure to submit it before the deadline will be regarded as voluntarily giving up our offer of admission. Those who are admitted by more than two departments/groups, must decide which to enroll by replying us the intention confirmation form.

Remarks: The scholarship result will be sent by email respectively if the accepted students applied for NUK's scholarships before the admission application deadline.
