*注意：線上填寫個人基本資料，申請人父親籍貫為必填，父母親姓名欄請提供中&英文。出生地與僑居地不同者，請務必填寫移居僑居地年份，資料不齊將予以退件。

(請下載並詳閱附件簡章，報名請於開放申請期間至招生系統頁面https://exam1.nuk.edu.tw/ADM_Candidates，點選報名「僑生及港澳生單獨招生學士班(下學期)-第二梯次」，再設定申請人帳號密碼)。

1.請下載及填寫簽名後上傳：114單招身份及學歷資格聲明書(僑、港澳生皆須繳交-附件一)

2.請依身份別填寫後掃描上傳：114單招香港或澳門居民報名資格確認書(港澳生須繳交-附件二)、僑生-華裔身份初審檢核表(僑生須繳交-附件三)

*貼心提醒：線上送出申請後，開放申請期間內建議同學盡可能每天查收電子郵件，如本處通知退件後申請人無法於規定時間內完成補件，恕不受理申請。

2.僑生申請本校學士班，如屬中文能力有待加強者(低於TOCFL A2或HSK Level 4)，建議參考申請本校「1+4國際專修部(IFP)」，進修中文1學期~1年後取得TOCFL A2即可直接進入大學部就讀，該入學方案提供8個學士班申請(包含建築、生命科學、應用物理、電機工程、土木與環境工程、資訊管理、運動健康與休閒)，每年分2梯次辦理春季班、秋季班之招生，並分別於11月間及6月間開放申請，申請詳情歡迎參閱當年度招生官網公告之「國際專修部招生簡章」。

For those who wish to pursue a bachelor degree without reaching TOCFL A2/ HSK Level 4, we advise them to apply for another admission program called "1+4 International Foundation Program (IFP)" providing a 1-year Chinese Mandarin learning program and 4-year department courses. He/she can be admitted to the Department he/she enrolls once he/she passes TOCFL A2 during the first year. IFP offers 8 bachelor programs to choose from including Kinesiology, Health, and Leisure Studies, Architecture, Information Management, Architecture, Life Science, Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Chemical and Materials Engineering. The open date of online application for 1+4 IFP spring term admission is during November, and for fall term admission is during June.
