 About NUK student ID number關於學號

To print tuition payment notice online, you will need to log in with your NUK student ID number. The NUK student ID number and related information for registration will be announced in the LINE group in late January or early February.

登錄教務系統登錄列印註冊繳費單需要以學號登入(小寫)，學號將在1-2月於LINE群組中公告提供。

About administration and dorm fees payment關於行政費及住宿費繳費

Once you have your Student ID number, you can use it to log in NUK Tuition fees payment system and print the payment notice online since Febuary 1, 2024. Students can either “A. Register and pay at NUK on site” or “B. Remit by wire transfer from abroad”. The deadline for payment is Febuary 19, 2024 (Spring semester classes begin).

取得本校學生證號碼後，自2024年2月1日起可線上列印註冊繳款單（本校網站首頁http://www.nuk.edu.tw；點選「學生」→「校務行政系統｣之「學雜費繳費查詢系統」，在「使用者登入」輸入自己的帳號(學號小寫)與密碼(西元生日)後即可線上列印)。學生可選擇”A.到校辦理報到及現場繳費”或是”B.自國外匯款至本校帳戶”，繳費期限是2024年2月19日(新學期開學日)。

*For choosing “B. wire transfer from abroad”, remember to mark your name and NUK student ID No. on the wire transfer sheet, so our cashier can recognize your identity.

Flight reservation 來台機票預訂

Each of you have to take our advice for the possible arrival time, and have to notify us of your flight time by email or LINE group before making a flight reservation.

所有新生皆需依照本校建議抵台時程預訂班機，並回信告知或在群組中登記告知您的班機抵達時間。

 About health insurrance 關於在台醫療及意外保險

所有交換生必須購買意外及醫療保險，你可以在母國購買或在台灣購買，保險必須能涵蓋在台留學期間的醫療支出。所有交換生必須填寫「保險聲明書」。

As NUK exchange students, you are required to purchase the standard accident and medical insurance, which covers the entire exchange program period for extra protection. You also have to fill out the Declaration of Insurance for exchange student whether you purchase the insurance in your home country or in Taiwan. If you don’t submit the proof or do not purchase it in your country, you have to purchase it upon registration at OIA to ensure sufficient insurance coverage and your rights during the stay in Taiwan.
